The British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal (AKA the Court of Marsupial Magistrates) has thrown out the case of MacLeans magazine and they’re printing of The Future Belongs to Islam, an excerpt from Steyn’s America Alone. Mohammed Elmasry and the Canadian Islamic Congress, along with some photogenic Sockpuppets, had filed a human rights complaint of Islamophobia. MacLeans and Steyn have spent the year fighting this spurious claim, and have at long last been vindicated.
